Born in San Miniato in 1994. She studied Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara where she obtained her first and second level degrees in the same discipline. During her years of study she took part in numerous group exhibitions in Italy and collaborated with some studios in Carrara and Pietrasanta to acquire greater knowledge in marble working.
Over the years, she took part in numerous international stone sculpture symposia and Land Art projects. In 2023, she realised the monumental work ” Big Splash”, in Carrara marble, a large sculpture that is part of the underwater museum “La Casa dei Pesci” in Talamone: a project designed to protect the seabed from trawling fishing.
Her research has as its central theme man intended as a vulnerable, curious, distracted being. The works, often sculptures in stone, terracotta or bronze, tell of subjects caught in the act of ‘doing something simple and natural’ such as looking or thinking, however always amazed by the wonder of nature that surrounds them.
She currently lives between Arezzo and Carrara, working as a sculpture teacher and pursuing her own artistic research at the same time.
