Simon is a filmmaker and XR creator; born in Colombia, raised and living in Paris. After studying Philosophy and Cinema he began as a documentary filmmaker (Médecine Tropicale, Mali, 2006) and worked as a cameraman. Later he did a Specialized Masters in Multimedia and Internet. Since then his focus is mostly New Media: interactive and immersive works. Simon is also the curator and organizer of Esquina VR, an annual exhibition of Latin American immersive artworks taking place in Paris since 2019.
